No Returns Policy (Perishable Product)

As mangoes are fresh, perishable items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Courier companies also do not return food items, including fruits.

The mangoes arrive damaged,
The product is spoiled or not up to quality, or
There is a genuine issue with your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and the mangoes. After reviewing the issue, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to approve refunds based on the evidence provided and the nature of the issue.
